쇠못은 비에 녹슬고
나무판자는 볕에 스러지는데
굳어진 돌은 사람들의 말소리에도 녹아내리지 않았다.

그것들은 하나씩 쌓여서 도시가 되었다.

Iron nails rust in the rain,
wooden boards crumble under the sun,
yet hardened stones do not dissolve before human voices.

They, laid one upon another,
became the city.
