마음을
흔들리거나 기울어지지 않은 곳에
가만히 둔다.
마음은
그 이름처럼
마음대로
서서히 흘러간다.

I leave the mind
in a place where it will neither waver nor lean,
and let it rest.
The mind,
true to its name,
moves in its own way,
slowly flowing on.
