연일 수백 킬로를
달려 왔습니다.

니스와 칸 사이에 있는
작은 도시에 와서야
쉬고 있습니다.

좁고 긴 골목길을 따라
걷고 있습니다.

갈 곳도 없고
방향도 정하지 않은 채
그저 걷고 있습니다.

한 걸음,
한 걸음...
천천히 주변이 바뀝니다.

느리게 느리게
다가오고 멀어집니다.

변하는 풍경들이
참 편안하고 아름답습니다.

시간이 느려진 것도 아니고
풍경이 느리게 움직이는 것도 아닙니다.

다만 내가 느리게 걷고 있을 뿐입니다.

Day after day,
I have driven hundreds of kilometers.

Only after arriving
in this little town
between Nice and Cannes
have I finally stopped to rest.

Now I walk
along its long, narrow alleys.

There is nowhere I need to go,
no direction I need to follow.
I am simply walking.

One step,
then another...
slowly, everything around me changes.

Slowly, slowly,
the scenes come closer
and drift away.

The changing views
feel so peaceful,
so beautiful.

Time has not slowed down,
and the scenery is not moving
any more slowly than before.

It is only that
I am walking slowly.
