잡히지 않는 먼지처럼
찰나를 지나는 삶의 순간.

순간들은 합쳐지며
삶을 이루지만
어떤 순간은
마른 모래처럼
흩어져 쌓이기만 한다.

소리를 모아 두었다고 저절로 음악이 되지 않듯
흩어진 삶의 순간들은 스스로 삶이 되지 못한다.

* Thus It Is

Like dust that cannot be held,
the moments of life
pass through an instant.

Moments come together
and form a life,
yet some moments,
like dry sand,
only scatter
and settle.

Just as sounds gathered together
do not become music on their own,
the scattered moments of life
cannot, by themselves,
become a life.
