* 너머로 이르는 길 그곳을 향해 걸어간다. 아스팔트길은 시멘트길로, 또 자갈길로 바뀐다. 그리고 어느새 갯벌이다. 바다 너머로 먼 육지가 희미하다. 발아래 더 이상 길이 없다. 시간의 밀물은 자꾸만 나를 물러서게 하고 건너지 못하는 바다는 더욱 넓어진다. 머뭇거리며 돌아서다 발을 적시고 만다. 나는 길을 가늠한다. 길은 언제나 시작과 끝이 없었으며 그 끝은 또한 시작이기도 했었다. 이곳은 여정의 끝이 아니다.- - - * A road to beyond I walk toward it.
