숲 속에 들어서다 (Entering the Woods) -A

 

1. 숲 속에 들어서다

낯선 길은 두려움이다.
인적이 없는 숲은 두려움과 동시에 외로움이다.

낮은 억새의 바람소리도 으르렁 거리는 신음소리처럼 들린다.
밝은 햇살은 조금도 위안이 되지 않는다.
오히려 바람과 어른거리는 그림자 때문에 더욱 혼란스럽기만 하다.

 

 

2. 숲 속의 두려움

누군가가 나를 보고 있는 것 같다.

고개를 돌려 쳐다보면 아무도 없다.
다시 앞을 보니 무언가가 휙 하며 지나친 것 같다.

1. Entering the woods

An unfamiliar path feels like fear.
An empty forest feels like fear—
and loneliness.

Even the low wind in the reeds
sounds like a distant growl.

The bright sunlight brings no comfort.
Instead, the wind and wavering shadows
only deepen my confusion.


2. Fear in the woods

I feel as if someone is watching me.

I turn my head—
there is no one.

I look forward again.
Something seems to rush past.
