공중전화의 신호음
그 속에 있었을까?
나의 망설임은...

의미 없는 한숨으로
문득 떠 오르는
나의 옛날이야기...

거기에 있는 걸까?

끝내지 못한 이야기와
노래가 있었던
이어폰 속에
숨어 있었을까?

나는 어디에 있는 걸까?

어질러진
발자국이 새겨진
보도블록 사이에
작은 민들레 꽃
바로 그것일까?

어디서도 찾지 못했던
나의 모습은...

* Where Am I?

Was it there,
in the dial tone
of a payphone
I lifted
and set down
countless times—
my hesitation...

Old stories of mine
suddenly rising
with a meaningless sigh...

Could it be there?

Inside an earphone
where unfinished stories
and songs once lingered—
was I hidden there?

Where am I?

Between pavement blocks
marked with
scattered footprints,

a small dandelion—
could it be
that?

The self of mine
I could not find
anywhere...
